inaccurate or incomplete address

  • Please ensure that a valid shipping address is entered at checkout:

    • Address must be deliverable and packages can be delivered to it

    • Include apartment unit numbers, if any

  • In the case of incorrect addresses, it is not guaranteed that the package can be retrieved once it is sent out.

  • Any order with incomplete or incorrect information may result in unsuccessful delivery, lost packages, or it may be returned.

  • If it is returned, redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.

International Orders

All international orders will come with tracking information.

  • We ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Mexico.

  • For shipping to the UK and the EU except Germany, please order on our Etsy here.

  • Kindly note that currently, we do not ship to any other destinations. Thank you!

Custom/Duty Fees

  • Please note that we will not be responsible for any delays due to custom or duty fees. Buyers are responsible for any such fees that may apply.

Undelivered international Orders

  • Please check that you have entered your full address correctly. Also, for your items to clear the customs, ensure the shipping name is the same as the one in your national ID card or passport.

  • In the event that the item is undelivered and returned because of unpaid custom fees, an invalid name/address, or because the item is unclaimed, it will not be reshipped. A refund minus the shipping fee will be issued to you.
